Shipping Policy

01. What this policy covers

This policy sets out how orders are shipped from ProKit, what delivery costs and timeframes apply, who bears the risk while a parcel is in transit, and what happens when a delivery goes wrong. The practical version, with region-by-region timeframes and a tracking walkthrough, lives on our Shipping & Delivery page.

02. Where we ship

We ship worldwide, with the exception of destinations where international carriage is prohibited by law or blocked by our carriers. If we cannot ship to your address we will tell you before your order is accepted and refund you in full.

We deliver to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before you submit your order — an address cannot normally be changed once a parcel is in transit, and we are not responsible for a parcel delivered to an address you supplied incorrectly.

03. Order processing

Orders are picked, checked and packed on business days. Processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch, and the clock starts when your order is confirmed rather than when you first place it. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Jerseys printed with a custom name or number are made to order and take longer to leave us: 3–21 business days before dispatch. This production time is additional to the delivery time in section 04 and cannot be shortened.

04. Delivery timeframes

Delivery time runs from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and is stated in business days. Typical transit after dispatch is 7–21 business days depending on destination. The estimates below are the pattern for each region, not a guarantee — customs and local carriers can add days at any time.

DestinationTypical transit after dispatchNotes
United States7–21 business daysDomestic carriage is usually the fastest leg.
Canada7–21 business daysCustoms clearance can add time.
United Kingdom7–21 business daysImport charges may apply on arrival.
European Union7–21 business daysVaries by member state and customs workload.
Australia7–21 business daysRemote areas can take longer.
Rest of world7–21 business daysAllow extra time where customs is involved.

Typical transit time after dispatch, by destination.

Timeframes are estimates and are not a contractual delivery date. Delays caused by customs inspections, carrier network problems, extreme weather or events outside our control are outside our control and do not entitle you to a refund of shipping charges, though your other rights are unaffected.

05. Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the size of your order. The figure shown at checkout is the figure you pay — we do not add a post-purchase surcharge.

We may run free-shipping thresholds from time to time. Where a threshold applies, the current figure is shown in the banner at the top of the store, and it is that banner — not any other page — that governs if two sources ever disagree.

06. Duties, taxes and customs

Duties, import taxes and customs charges levied by your own country are not included in the price you pay us and are your responsibility. Carriers often collect them before handing over a parcel, and a parcel held pending payment may be returned to us or destroyed if the charges are not settled.

We are not able to predict or pay these charges on your behalf, and they are not refundable by us. If you refuse a parcel to avoid a customs charge, we treat it as a return and the Refund Policy applies.

07. Tracking

Every dispatch receives a tracking reference, which we send by email. Tracking can take a little while to show its first scan, because a carrier has to scan a parcel into its network before anything appears. A quiet reference in the first day or two is normal and not a sign that a parcel is lost.

Where a reference shows no movement, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier on your behalf. You can also look your parcel up directly using the tools on our Track Your Order page.

08. Risk, title and lost parcels

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied. Until delivery, we bear the risk of loss or damage in transit.

Where a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, or is confirmed destroyed in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full, at your choice. Where a carrier records a parcel as delivered to the correct address, we treat delivery as complete; please check safe places, neighbours and your local depot before contacting us, and we will still help you investigate.

09. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address you supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because nobody was available to receive it and it was returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage may be payable, and the original shipping charge is not refunded in these circumstances.

10. Split shipments and partial dispatch

Where an order contains items with different production times, we may dispatch them separately so that nothing is held back unnecessarily. You are not charged extra for a split dispatch, and each parcel receives its own tracking reference.

11. Damaged or incorrect deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, or contains something other than what you ordered, contact us at fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number and a photograph of what arrived. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and you will not be asked to pay return postage. Please check your order as soon as it arrives so we can raise the issue with the carrier while the details are still fresh.

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The terms on which we accept orders, and the limits of our liability, are set out in our Terms of Service. Both form part of your agreement with us alongside this policy.

13. Contact

For anything to do with shipping or a delivery in progress, email fanservice2026@outlook.com with your order number and we will look into it.
