01. These terms

These terms govern your use of prokithelp.com and any purchase you make through it. They apply to this store only.

By placing an order or using the store you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

02. About this store

ProKit is an independent online retailer of basketball jerseys. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, team, or apparel manufacturer. Product names and descriptions are used for identification purposes only.

03. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its cut, colourway and season. Photographs are representative: screens render colour differently, and a jersey photographed under studio lighting may look slightly different in daylight.

We may correct errors in pricing or product information and may cancel an order that was placed on the basis of an obvious mistake, refunding you in full.

04. Orders and acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch, not when you receive an automated acknowledgement.
  • We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud.
  • If we cancel for one of these reasons we refund you in full.

05. Pricing, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size. Duties, import taxes and customs charges levied by your own country are your responsibility and are not included in what you pay us.

06. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering through our payment providers. Card details are handled by those providers and are not stored by us. Where a payment is later reversed or declined we may suspend or cancel the order.

07. Shipping, risk and title

Our shipping terms, including delivery timeframes and who bears risk in transit, are set out in our Shipping Policy and in the practical detail on our Shipping & Delivery page. Where a parcel is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it, we will replace it or refund you.

08. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy and by our Returns & Exchanges page, both of which form part of these terms. Customised jerseys are excluded from returns and exchanges.

09. Custom jerseys

When you order a customised jersey you confirm that you have the right to use the name and number you supply, and that the combination does not infringe anyone else's rights or break any law. We may refuse a customisation request that is unlawful, offensive, or that we believe infringes third-party rights. Custom jerseys cannot be returned or exchanged.

10. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the store for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with the store, its security, or its availability.
  • Do not scrape, copy or republish our content or images without permission.
  • Do not impersonate anyone else or misrepresent your connection to any person or organisation.

11. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and images making up this store are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property law. Team and league names and marks remain the property of their respective owners and are referred to here for identification purposes only.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

13. Disputes and your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right you have under the law of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, contact us first at fanservice2026@outlook.com and we will try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the store operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and that does not reduce the protection you are entitled to where you live.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the store changes or the law does. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the store.
